Data safety is paramount in a local-first app. We realized it was too easy to accidentally delete a task forever. Today, we implemented confirmation dialogs (using shadcn/ui Alert Dialogs) for both deleting active tasks and permanently removing archived ones.

On the fun side, we refined our gamification system. We moved away from just rewarding 'Done' tasks. Now, the app rewards effort and quality: creating detailed tasks with priorities gives you points, and moving tasks through the workflow also grants rewards.
